Empowered Contextual Conversations. Users receive call pop-ups that automatically bring up the caller’s contact records when receiving an inbound call, which allows users to access previous records instantly and better prepare for the coming calls.

Quick Start Reference
Before you start, you need to have a Yeastar P-Series PBX (Enterprise Plan or higher) and a Zoho account.
Not having a Yeastar P-Series PBX yet? Apply for a 30-day free trial here.
Login to your Yeastar PBX web portal, go to Integrations > CRM > Zoho get the authentication information.
Login to your Zoho API Console and follow the instruction to create and configure a new client application for the integration.
Go back to the PBX web portal to authenticate the application with your PBX.
Click to associate Zoho CRM users with PBX extensions and start enjoying!
